DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will provide supportive case management to students and families and assist in assessing school and community resources (K-12). The candidate will participate in collaborative sessions with educational staff to promote “best practice” initiatives, coordinate student referral process, participate in Student Assistance program trainings and meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in Social Work with Licensed Certified School Social Worker and Home Visitation License/Certification required or PDE School Counselor certification with mental health training.. 1 to 3 years’ experience preferred.
•If applicant requires a PDE Emergency Permit, contract eligibility is not applicable, and the vacancy becomes a Long Term Substitute position
