The King’s Daughters’ School is a private, year-round residential school for students with intellectual disabilities and autism located in Columbia, TN. We are seeking a Case Manager to work at our Center for Autism. Schedule is Mon-Fri full-time day shift. Minimum qualifications Possess a Bachelors’ Degree Possess a valid Driver’s License Have experience working in a program for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism Successful completion of pre-employment background screens, drug screen and TB skin test Be in good health and free of mental and/or physical limitations which would interfere in dealing appropriately with the client’s handicapping conditions and behavior disorders Essential Duties include: Serve as liaison for clients, parents, agencies, and providers including handling any concerns from parents (health, mental health, residential or educational) in a timely manner. Coordinate and monitor health services for all clients including physical well-care, mental health care, specialized health care, related services and social services to ensure they are developed as deemed appropriate.
