The ideal candidate will be organized, active, and confident managing a busy household with multiple children. This role requires someone who can assist with school pick-ups, after-school routines, and occasional personal assistant duties. The family is looking for a long-term team member who can align with their routine and provide consistent, structured care.

Schedule:
Fall & Spring (School Year): Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM•8:00 PM (~30 hours/week)
Winter:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM•7:00 PM (~20 hours/week)
Summer:
Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM•6:00 PM (~35 hours/week)
Hourly Rate:
$30•35/hr
DOE Commitment:

Responsibilities Include:
School and activity pick-ups (nanny vehicle provided) Overseeing homework, limiting electronics, and supporting school and sports needs Engaging the children in age-appropriate, active play and outings Light meal prep, grocery shopping, and household errands Light housekeeping and organizational tasks Occasional personal assistant tasks for the parents Conflict redirection and behavior support among siblings Pet care support (two dogs: Newfoundland and English Bulldog) when family is away
Ideal Candidate:
Highly reliable, punctual, and confident managing four school-aged children Fluent in English (bilingual a plus; Spanish preferred) Strong swimmer Energetic and enjoys being outdoors, going to parks, and planning activities Pet-friendly and willing to support the family with occasional dog care Comfortable driving children and managing shifting daily routines Able to maintain boundaries, support positive behavior, and encourage independence
Additional Information:
The family takes up to 5 weeks of vacation per year, typically aligning with school breaks (February, April, August, and December). The schedule may shift slightly seasonally depending on sports and school pickup needs.
