The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess skills in caregiving, meal preparation, and household management. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask household tasks effectively while ensuring a nurturing environment for the children. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including babysitting and toddler care. Assist with daily routines, including grocery shopping, meal preparation and cleaning. Driving children to school, games, and appointments Maintain a clean and organized household environment. housekeeping duties, dishes, chores, and laundry, Support parents with scheduling appointments, errands, and other family needs. Planning family travel and logistics Performing administrative duties around healthcare, school, philanthropies. Offer additional support as needed, including running errands or managing household tasks. Performing basic office tasks and errands for the business owning parents. Qualifications Previous experience in nannying, daycare, or similar roles is preferred. Strong skills in cooking and meal preparation for families. Ability to clean and maintain a tidy living space effectively. Experience working with children of various ages, particularly toddlers. Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation purposes. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about childcare and household management while providing essential support to a family in need. Schedule This position requires flexibly and the ability to be on call for the children’s sick days/school holidays, and weekend/business travel.

The current schedule is:

Mon-Thurs:

12pm-8:30pm One Friday, Saturday, Sunday overnight/weekend shift required per month. Any time the family is traveling out of town on vacation or decides to take a day off, this position will receive paid time off. We estimate approximately 4 weeks per year.
