TLC Family Care is hiring dependable, compassionate babysitters and childcare providers to care for children—and occasionally assist seniors—in homes throughout Melbourne, FL.
Your Responsibilities:
Prioritize Safety:
Keep children secure, engaged, and well-cared for
Create Engaging Moments:
Plan fun, age-appropriate, and educational activities
Support Daily Routines:
Help with meals, diapering, and naps for younger children
Keep Parents Informed:
Share updates about each day’s activities and any concerns Maintain a
Clean Space:
Ensure play and care areas are tidy and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in childcare (babysitting, daycare, or nannying) with 2 references
Transportation:
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid (or willingness to get certified before starting)
Communication Skills:
Confident in sending updates via text and speaking with families
Commitment:
