TLC Family Care is seeking dependable, compassionate babysitters and family caregivers to join our team in the Orange Park area. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care to children—and occasionally seniors—we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities Ensure Safety:
Keep children safe, engaged, and cared for in every environment
Plan Activities:
Lead age-appropriate, educational, and creative experiences
Support Daily Needs:
Assist with meals, diaper changes, nap times, and routines Communicate with
Parents:
Keep families informed with daily updates
Stay Organized:
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming play area
What You’ll Need Experience:
At least one year of hands-on childcare (babysitting, nannying, or daycare); two references required
Reliable Transportation:
Valid driver’s license and dependable personal vehicle
Certification:
CPR and First Aid certified, or willingness to complete certification before your first job
Communication Skills:
Comfortable sending clear, timely updates to families
Commitment:
