Role:

We are seeking Nannies to support busy families during the critical afterschool hours.

Most positions involve:

Driving responsibilities , such as picking children up from school and dropping them off at afterschool activities. Helping children transition from school to their evening routine, including assisting with homework, playtime , and light meal prep . Providing a seamless handoff to parents, who will typically take over dinner responsibilities. Acting as an extra set of hands during the evening rush, supporting with bath and bedtime routines .

Proactive and flexible caregivers who can step in wherever needed. Strong team players who work well with parents to maintain a smooth household flow. Nannies who excel in organizing schedules, tracking responsibilities , and fostering a supportive, loving environment for children.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (most positions require driving). CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous childcare experience with strong references. Compensation:

$20 – $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

Pick up children from school and transport them to activities or home: Ensure a safe and timely transition from school to their afternoon routine. Assist with homework and educational activities: Provide guidance and encouragement to help children stay on track academically. Engage in playtime and creative activities: Foster a positive and stimulating environment to support children’s development and well-being. Prepare light snacks or meals as needed: Help ensure children’s nutritional needs are met during their busy afternoons. Collaborate with parents for smooth transitions: Maintain open communication to align schedules, expectations, and evening routines. Maintain a tidy and organized environment: Support the family by cleaning up after playtime or meals, helping create a stress-free household. Plus, for all transportation of children in a nanny’s vehicle, we offer a $0.62/mile gas reimbursement!

Qualifications:

Pass a criminal, civil, and driving background check: This ensures the safety and security of the families we serve. Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience: Demonstrates expertise and a proven track record in caring for children. CPR, First Aid, and AED certification: Essential for handling emergencies and ensuring children’s safety.
