Job Description
A private family in Naples is seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced nanny to care for their 13-year-old twins—one of whom has special needs. This is a long-term, live-out position ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable supporting adolescents in a structured but relaxed home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with the twins in a thoughtful, age-appropriate, and supportive manner Provide transportation to and from school, therapy sessions, extracurricular activities, and appointments Assist with homework, school projects, and organization Assist in coordinating play dates, doctors appointments, clothing needs and closet organization Offer consistent care and patience to support the child with special needs Travel with the family both domestically and internationally as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience working with school-aged children or teens Experience working with children with special needs (preferred but not required) Patient, nurturing, and dependable, with strong communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Educational background or familiarity with developmental differences is a plus This is a full-time, live-out role offering a competitive compensation package with full benefits.
