Role:

This position will focus on providing engaged, loving care throughout the week, supporting a structured schedule that includes naps, meals, playtime, and learning. Starting in August , the older child will attend school on Tuesdays and Thursdays , with the parents handling school drop-offs. Once a relationship is built, the family would love the nanny to take the children on occasional local outings (parks, library, etc.), so a reliable vehicle is required. Both children are sleep trained, and the home follows a calm, consistent rhythm that the family would like to maintain. Comfort caring for two young children at once is essential.

Responsibilities:

Engaged, hands-on care for an infant and toddler Support with meals, naps, and structured routines Foster development through age-appropriate play and enrichment Tidy up after meals and playtime; assist with children’s laundry when needed Occasional outings once trust is established

Ideal Candidate:

Warm, nurturing, and dependable Experienced with both infants and toddlers Punctual, professional, and organized Comfortable working independently with parents working from home Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset Comfortable with light travel coverage if needed

Agency Requirements:
