Full Job Description Job Description:

Nannies Who Care is seeking an experienced, responsible, and caring nanny for a busy professional family in Brandon. The ideal candidate is patient, calming, and skilled in routines, especially for a middle son with anxiety and sensory issues-background in special needs or ABA is a plus. Flexibility is needed due to unpredictable schedules, with all hours scheduled in advance. Responsibilities include school pickups, meal prep, play, homework help, evening routines, laundry, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping. The family prefers someone with current vaccines and willing to get a flu booster. Must love animals, as there is a dog in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up children from school and activities Prepare meals and snacks; assist with homework Engage in play, support routines, and bedtime Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying) Run errands (e. g., grocery trips) Maintain daily routines and ensure safety Provide calming support, especially for a child with anxiety/sensory needs

Qualifications:

Experience caring for children, including those with special needs Knowledge of ABA or related approaches a plus Strong communication, organization, and patience Adaptable to routines and schedule changes Up-to-date vaccinations (preferred) Comfortable with dogs and animal-friendly

Children:

3 children•12yr old girl, 9yr old boy, and 6yr old boy

Hours:

Monday•Friday, 2 pm-7 pm, weekends as needed
