The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Assist toddlers with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene. Foster social skills through group activities and playtime. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare setting. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to first aid protocols and emergency procedures. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Experience Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred. Experience in providing care for infants and toddlers is highly desirable. Familiarity with first aid practices is beneficial. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
