The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a background in hospitality, ensuring that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, from housekeeping to event planning, while maintaining a high standard of service. Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the home. Manage residential cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Plan and execute events, including family gatherings and special occasions, ensuring all details are attended to. Oversee property management tasks, including maintenance coordination and vendor management. Provide hospitality services, including meal preparation and cooking as needed. Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize household tasks efficiently. Maintain an organized system for household supplies and equipment, ensuring all areas are stocked and ready for use. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within residential or hospitality environments. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Experience in event planning and execution, with attention to detail in every aspect of the process. Familiarity with property management practices is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A background in cooking or working in hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
