Job Description
Florida ROTA Nannies We have several wonderful, long-term clients looking for ROTA Nannies to join their team. Schedules vary from 7 days on/ 7 days off, to 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off. Flexibility is required for travel with the family, and for the Nanny team’s vacation changes.
Requirements:
Local to Florida Minimum 7 years private Nanny experience, with 3+ years experience on a ROTA schedule Previous proven experience working with children aged infant through middle school Previous experience working with multiple children Previous experience traveling with families Comfortable working with very hands on parents, and in a Nanny team with no hierarchy (e.g. no head Nanny, but instead reporting directly to parents) US citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted international travel rights Current drivers license with clean driving history, current CPR/ First Aid 3 verifiable telephone references Preferred, but not mandatory Spanish fluency (Native or Fluent level) Early Childhood degree or teaching experience Montessori certifications or familiarity Previous Nanny experience in South Florida Previous experience working with a full time Nanny on your shift Competitive salaries BOE, and each family includes benefits (health stipend or policy).
