License preferred About the Family A kind, creative couple is expecting their first child in November 2025 and is seeking a warm, experienced live-in nanny/household manager to become a trusted part of their growing household. They value honesty, reliability, and long-term commitment, and hope to welcome someone who sees this as more than a job, but as a true partnership. This is a nanny-first role, focused on loving, attentive care for a newborn. Before the baby’s arrival, the position will involve supporting the home with light housekeeping, family laundry, home organization and simple meal prep. After the baby arrives, the role transitions into full-time childcare, while continuing to assist with basic household tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing daily care for the baby: feeding, changing, bathing, and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities Maintain daily routines and sleep schedules Light housekeeping, laundry, home organization, and kitchen tidying Prepare simple, healthy meals or assist with meal prep Travel with the family on domestic and international trips (passport required) Help maintain an organized, calm, and family-focused home environment
Qualifications:
Experienced with infants and supporting new parents Warm, trustworthy, and emotionally mature Open to travel and new experiences — adaptable and resourceful Driver’s license is a plus, but not required 10+ years of experience working in a private home Fully authorized to work in the U.S. Provide 3-5 professional references
