Full-Time Nanny (Newborn Twins) – Sunny Isles Beach, FL (Live-In or Live-Out | Travel Required) A loving, active family in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant to join their household team. The family includes a couple and four young children: newborn twins, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. The older children are in school, and the mother remains very hands-on with them. A full-time housekeeper is also employed. The primary responsibility will be hands-on care for the newborn twins, with occasional support for the older children and light family assistant duties. The ideal candidate must be flexible for occasional overnight shifts and open to traveling with the family during the summer. Schedule The family offers flexibility and is open to both Live-In or Live-Out arrangements.

A typical schedule may be:

Tuesday or Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM Live-in accommodations include a private room with ensuite bathroom. Key Responsibilities Provide full-charge care for newborn twins Diapering, bathing, grooming, dressing Bottle-feeding, introducing solids, preparing children’s meals Managing sleep and nap routines Planning age-appropriate developmental activities Occasional care for the toddler and preschooler Light family assistant support, including: Children’s laundry and tidying Organizing children’s spaces Running errands Managing children’s calendars and logistics Qualifications Minimum 5 years of recent professional nanny experience Proven expertise with newborn and toddler care Strong childcare references Energetic, proactive, and nurturing demeanor Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Additional benefits to be discussed with qualified candidates
