I am an American (no Spanish knowledge) gentleman of 51, living on South Beach and have been looking for someone to clean my small one-bedroom apartment once a week or can be twice a month if you are not available. I would want at least 5-6 hours a visit. I also have some home projects that I really need help on. For example, unpack some of my boxes from my recent move, organizing my things, and making my place look nice and like home. I have a minor back issue and such work causes very intense sciatic pain that shoots down my whole lower right side from my back. I also am dealing with dizziness so you’d just have to keep an eye on me while here. Again, once a week for 5-8 hours or twice a month for 5-8 hours per day. I pay $20.00 an hour cash before you leave and there are opportunities to make more. I prefer a woman who really needs the cash to help make ends meet. Free use of the house and its amenities, plus food and drink. I am way easy to get along with and it won;t even seem like work.
