Full-Time Nanny (Live-In Preferred)
Location:
Coconut Grove, FL We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to join our household. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for our 11-month-old daughter and support our active lifestyle. We are looking for someone who is warm, playful, professional, and eager to grow with our family over the next several years. The family is expecting a second baby next year and will hire a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) for the early months. They are looking for a nanny who is excited about a long-term role and can grow with the family as their needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-range childcare, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in developmental activities Handle all baby-related laundry Assist with very light housekeeping, such as loading/unloading the dishwasher and general tidying Travel with the family for 5-7 days every 5 weeks, and for 2 weeks during the summer (all travel costs and accommodations covered)
Requirements:
US passport required Fluent in English Minimum of 10 years of experience in childcare, with a strong understanding of child development Comfortable caring for multiple young children as the family grows Ability to drive and swim Local candidates with reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor Warm, playful, and loving personality 40-45 hours per week Schedule options: 10:00 am to 6:00/6:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with Friday evenings included Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed with proper balance in the weekly schedule Live-in preferred, but open to the right live-out candidate Weekly salary: $1,400 2 paid time off (PTO) days Travel stipend: $100 per day
