We are a professional couple (both business owners) seeking a reliable, warm, and highly organized full-time nanny to help care for our two small children in our home located in Miami (

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for two children (infant & toddler/preschool age)
• Manage daily routines including meals, nap schedules, hygiene, and educational activities
• Plan age-appropriate learning and play-based activities both indoors and outdoors
• Drive children to/from activities, appointments, or playdates as needed (local travel only)
• Assist with household logistics such as preparing children’s meals, packing bags, or organizing their belongings
• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying toys, cleaning up after meals)
• Collaborate with parents on schedules, needs, and family preferences
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend support or extended hours during busy work weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience (preferably with infants and toddlers)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and discretion
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.
