PART-TIME NANNY
for their 5-month-old boy. This family is looking for a nurturing, long-term nanny who can provide daytime and overnight care as needed.
The typical schedule will be:
Sunday 6pm- overnight Off Monday 8am and return Monday night 6pm – overnight Leaves Tuesday morning 8am Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care, such as feeding, diaper changes, soothing, bathing and monitoring; putting infant back to sleep when waking up overnight; establishing and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and routine; maintaining a clean and safe environment for the baby; and communicating effectively with parents regarding the baby’s activities, health, and progress. The nanny will tend to restock of the child’s items, prepare meals for the child and maintain proper hygiene. Duties will shift as the baby grows to include providing appropriate developmental activities to the child. Qualifications for the role include proven experience as a professional career nanny for a minimum of 10 years; experience with infants including overnight care; excellent communication skills with the ability to update and inform parents regularly; high level of discretion and respect for the family’s privacy. 2 Professional references from previous positions in similar roles are required.
