As soon as the right candidate is found Job description: A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care for their two children, aged 6 and 4. The household is fully child-focused, ensuring a nurturing and structured environment that supports the children’s development and well-being. The role includes traveling with the family to their other properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored to the children’s developmental needs. Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and creative activities. Support the children’s emotional and social development through positive reinforcement and guidance. Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. Manage morning and bedtime routines, ensuring consistency and structure. Accompany the children to school, extracurricular activities, and playdates. Maintain a tidy and organized environment in all areas related to the children. Travel with the family to their other properties as needed. Communicate effectively with parents and other household staff to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, preferably in a rota or high-profile household. Childcare qualifications and/or relevant experience are required. A strong understanding of child development milestones and best childcare practices. A proactive, responsible, and flexible approach with a focus on the children’s needs. Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team and maintain professional discretion. Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking candidates are a bonus. Legally eligible to work in the USA. Must be based in Miami or nearby (no relocation assistance provided). Confident driver.
