This role offers flexibility in scheduling, live-in or live-out options, and opportunities for travel both domestically and internationally. Position Overview The ideal candidate is active, engaged, and has extensive experience with infants and toddlers. The family values longevity in previous roles and seeks a nanny who is respectful, mindful, and attentive to their child’s development and daily needs. Responsibilities Provide nurturing and developmentally appropriate care for a busy toddler Engage in stimulating activities that promote learning and growth Assist with bath time, feeding, and daily routines Travel with the family approximately four times a year, including international trips Stay overnight as needed, with accommodations provided Support light childcare-related household tasks Maintain a structured, calm, and supportive environment Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6 years of experience working with infants and toddlers Proven longevity in previous roles U.S. passport ready for international travel English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus Must be active and able to keep up with a soon-to-be toddler Comfortable dressing in provided scrubs/uniform when necessary Respectful and mindful of family dynamics, able to adapt to their preferences Reliable transportation to and from work; a car will be provided for work-related driving

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$35-$45 per hour,

Schedule:

Flexible, offering 30-40 hours per week, with ideal coverage Wednesday-Friday (8 AM-8 PM) Overnight stays and late evenings available as needed Live-in option for workdays, with a private room and bathroom provided Additional Details Family has two medium-sized dogs (no pet care required) Household support includes a live-in housekeeper who handles baby-related chores
