The ideal candidate will have experience in daycare, babysitting, or nannying, and possess the skills necessary to educate and engage with one child of the age of 1.This role requires a commitment to creating a safe, clean, and stimulating atmosphere for children while supporting their developmental needs. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for my toddler ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Prepare meals and snacks as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and play areas. Educate children through play-based learning activities that foster creativity and critical thinking. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and potty training. Maintain a clean environment by tidying up after activities and ensuring toys are organized. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Experience Previous experience in daycare settings or as a babysitter/nanny is preferred. Knowledge of child development principles related to infant care, toddler care, and preschool education. Familiarity with first aid practices is highly desirable. A passion for nurturing children’s growth through education and play.
