As first-time parents, they are looking for someone with a strong background in infant care who can confidently manage the developmental needs of a baby at this stage. The ideal candidate will be reliable, nurturing, and knowledgeable about routines and schedules, as the baby thrives on consistency and structure. While Spanish-speaking is a plus, it is not a requirement. Responsibilities include managing the baby’s laundry, sanitizing bottles, and prepping solid meals during nap times. While the baby is awake, the nanny must be fully engaged and hands-on—no screen time or phone use is permitted during these hours. The family values developmental play and is looking for a nanny who can create age-appropriate activities. Once trust is established, the nanny will be encouraged to take the baby on walks and, if needed in the future, assist with daycare drop-offs and pick-ups. Comfort around dogs is essential, as the home includes two small pets. Both parents work from home part-time with dedicated office spaces, creating a supportive and collaborative environment for the right caregiver Schedule is MWF 8am-3pm with 21h guaranteed weekly.

Requirements:
