In this role, you will create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our child, while also supporting their educational needs through engaging activities. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, maintaining a nurturing and supportive atmosphere Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns Manage daily routines, including meal preparation, bathing, and bedtime practices Implement discipline strategies in a consistent manner to promote positive behavior

Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in childcare or a related field Understanding of child development principles and best practices Communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
