This role requires someone who can balance structure and warmth while helping the girls stay on track with their school responsibilities, extracurriculars, and home routines. The ideal candidate will serve as an authority figure who models respectful behavior, ensures accountability, and provides guidance with consistency. This is a year-round, salaried position with light travel during the summer months and some flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend duties. Ability to travel via private airline charter is required. The ideal nanny is confident in holding boundaries with teenagers, has a warm yet firm approach, and is comfortable with technology, especially tracking schoolwork through apps like Canvas.

Responsibilities:

Use the Canvas app to monitor and track the girls’ school assignments and grades regularly. School pick-up between 2-3:30pm, followed by transportation to horse riding lessons on certain days. Return home with the girls around 5-6pm and oversee homework and their chores. Review and support completion of assignments; encourage accountability and independence. Provide occasional dinner preparation for the girls as needed. Enforce appropriate discipline and guidance aligned with the family’s values as needed. Maintain open communication with parents about school, behavior, and responsibilities. Summer travel with the family two weekends per month (nanny receives full salary and may be asked to assist with house or pet sitting duties during this time.) Pay Rate $70,000-80,000 annual salary on payroll, plus paid time off, holidays, and medical. Pets 2 large dogs and 1 small dog (pet care not required) Schedule Monday to Friday, 2pm/3pm to 7pm Must be flexible to start earlier or stay later as needed.
