Live-In Nanny / House Manager Assistant Black Dragon Capital Boca Raton, FL 33496 Live-In Nanny / House Manager Assistant Job Description and duties This position is full-time live-in assistant to help out the House Manager and the woman of the house, who is a business owner and husband runs a firm and travels 50 percent of the time. They are opening up an athletic facility and school for grades K to 12 in the Boca Raton area and they spend half the year in Boca Raton, FL and the other half in Puerto Rico. They have 3 children, ages 7 Girl, 5 & 3 Boys. The 7-year-old daughter plays soccer and baseball at an elite club level in both Boca Raton FL, Puerto Rico and plays on their national club team, so sometime when she travels you would hang back with the boys for quick trips. We seek a full-time live-in assistant that would be needed Monday through Friday late afternoon starting at 2pm until approx. 8 or 9pm on evenings and up to approx. up to 12 hours a day on weekends (the weekend schedule would be based on need and coaching schedules – hours could fluctuate between 6-12hours ), you would have Monday through Friday until 2pm days off. In addition to the night and weekends schedule, your would also need to be available to travel between the Boca Raton Florida home and their home in Puerto Rico as needed. This is a full-time live-in position you will be offered a take home salary of $35k to $40k, access to medical benefits and 401k plan in addition to room & board , we offer a safe work environment within two upscale gated communities, access to a vehicle covered by insurance, basic food needs, streaming services, a house cell phone, access to community fitness center, tennis courts, pool area, etc. The role also covers all travel and related expenses for family trips. Duties would include a variety of tasks to assist in daily activities. These would include but not be limited to: Assist with Children (to include but not limited to): Drive children to and from school and their various activities Children and family meal preparation and smaller kids feedings. Assist with putting the 2 younger kids down for naps, bedtime, helping them brush their teeth and bathing. Ensuring kids areas are stocked and clean at all times, cleaning up play areas and rooms throughout the day and at night before the end of shift. Oversee and engage with children when the Executive is working or has appointments. Travel as needed accompanying the family to Puerto Rico, on vacations or work trips on an as needed basis. Oversee children on weekends and coordinate fun trips with the children when parents are tied up on weekends (this would be occasionally). This role would be a key member of the team and available to communicate 24/7. Actual working hours would be flexible as needs arise, and outside interests. This would be coordinated with the Executive. Assist the House Manager with household duties as needed (to include but not limited to): Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, wiping down counters, picking up after children after each meal and bring out the trash Loading, running, and emptying the dishwasher Separating, loading, running, emptying, folding and putting away laundry, as needed. Assist with decorating the home for the holidays, and help undecorated and put everything away Light grocery shopping or to be at the house to accept a grocery delivery and put the items away Separating, loading, running, emptying, folding and putting away laundry, as needed.
