This role involves creating a fun, structured, and engaging environment while assisting with school pick-ups, activities, and daily routines. The nanny will play a key role in fostering creativity, learning, and outdoor play, with a special focus on swimming, as both children love the water. A long-term commitment is preferred, as the family hopes to build a lasting relationship with their nanny. Their 5 year old is in school full-time. The ideal candidate is extroverted, engaging, and playful, with a natural ability to make learning fun. A strong swimmer is essential, as swimming is a big part of the children’s routine. A caring and nurturing approach, combined with a love for teaching and creativity, will be a great fit for this role.

Duties:

Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play. Encourage learning and development through interactive play and hands-on activities. Foster a loving and secure environment while promoting confidence and independence. Prepare meals for the children, including helping pack lunches for the next day. Supervise and swim with the children in the family’s pool. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, tidying up after activities and meals. Provide transportation for school pick-ups, activities, and outings. (Vehicle provided) Assist with occasional grocery shopping and running errands as needed. Pay Rate $28-33/hr. on payroll, plus paid time off and holidays Candidates with over 5 years of nanny experience are encouraged to apply. Pets None Schedule Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm Friday 8am-2pm Must be flexible to start earlier or stay later if the family needs.
