An active UHNW family is searching for a dedicated and experienced Mother’s Helper/Nanny to join their household. The family, with a refined atmosphere, values the well-rounded development of each child. The household is characterized by emphasizing discretion, and a commitment to providing the best for their children. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record of working in UHNW or high-profile residences, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in childcare. Effective communication skills, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and the ability to maintain discretion in a private setting are crucial characteristics for success in this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize and participate in recreational activities with the children, such as games, sports, arts and crafts, and outings. Foster a positive and stimulating environment that supports the children’s social and emotional growth. Establish and maintain a consistent daily schedule for the children, incorporating nap times and mealtimes. Create age-appropriate activities and playtime to promote learning, creativity, and social interaction. Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless coordination of activities. Accompany the family during travel, providing childcare support as needed. Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding the children’s well-being and development. Provide overnight care and support when required. Ensure the safety and security of the children at all times. Support the household by taking initiative without needing constant direction or affirmation.

Qualifications :

Proven experience working in UHNW or high-profile residences. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in childcare. Flexible to work long hours, late nights, and weekends as needed; reliability and commitment are non-negotiable. Maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor under pressure, navigating complex family dynamics with grace. Emotionally intelligent. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries at all times. CPR and first aid certification. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
