KLC Champions After School Site Directors in St. Petersburg, FL, Clearwater, and Largo! Lead, Inspire, and Build a Stronger Community Champions is seeking a dedicated and dynamic After School Site Director to launch and lead our new after-school programs!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM with additional out of ratio hours for approximately 32 hours per week. What You’ll Do As a Site Director, you will: Oversee all aspects of the after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for students Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, including sports, homework support, and creative projects Supervise staff and create a positive team culture Partner with school leadership, families, and community stakeholders to build a strong program reputation Manage program operations, ensuring compliance with FL DCF Director Credential requirements Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized leader with a passion for youth development.
Qualifications:
At least 21 years old Have a FL DCF Director Credential Complete 40 hours of training (state requirements) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience working in after-school programs or youth development preferred This is a unique opportunity to launch a new program and make a lasting impact on students and families.
