Child Care Director Ours Angels Kids Academy Learning Center , Inc 28041 Hwy 27, Dundee, FL 33838 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our child care program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to early childhood education, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with state regulations. Supervise and support teaching staff in their professional development and classroom management. Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and engagement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain high-quality care and education. Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and program effectiveness. Organize community outreach initiatives to promote the child care center. Experience A degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with students in an educational setting. Background in higher education teaching is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, parents, and children.
