The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children Supervise and support a team of child care staff, providing guidance and training as needed Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or feedback Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following health and safety guidelines Oversee budgeting, enrollment, and administrative tasks related to the child care center Requirements Must have a valid Director’s Credential Previous experience in educating or working with children Knowledge of education administration practices Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with parents Familiarity with state regulations governing child care facilities
