Nanny Nanny LLC Lake Mary, FL 32746 A full-time, long-term nanny is needed to care for two young children: an infant and a toddler. The family is seeking a nurturing, physically active, and easy-going individual who can grow with them over the coming years, ideally staying until the children begin school. Both parents work from home in separate offices, and while the mother will be available for breastfeeding and occasional support, the nanny will have primary responsibility for the children during working hours. The position involves caring for the infant, who follows a flexible, cue-based schedule, and the toddler, who typically naps once per day in the early afternoon. Responsibilities include engaging the children in active play, supporting their developmental milestones, preparing and cleaning up after meals, tidying toys, and accompanying the children on neighborhood walks or outings such as trips to the zoo. No household laundry is required. The family lives in a three-story home with a playroom and easy access to nearby trails, making outdoor activities a regular part of the children’s routine. They are looking for a nanny who is warm, communicative, and eager to build a strong, positive relationship with the family. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm•guaranteeing 32.5 hours weekly Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including playtime and educational games. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and assisting with household chores as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns that may arise. We require or team members to have a valid Drivers License as well as vehicle they can take to and from work, be 18yo+ and have graduated high school, a CPR/First Aid certification, be able to pass a background check, have 3 or more years of childcare experience and be able to provide references.
