This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, with some flexibility appreciated. We are looking for someone who:

• Truly engages with children and enjoys being present and involved in their growth and development
• Is self-motivated, takes initiative with confidence, and works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has experience or interest in Montessori-style learning or early childhood education (a strong plus)
• Enjoys active, outdoor activities and can keep up with children ranging from toddler to elementary school age
• Has a strong work ethic, is highly reliable, and values family-centered environments
• Is open to traveling locally and accompanying one or both parents on family outings This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an important and trusted part of the family.
