Flexible/Part-time We are a warm, multigenerational family seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced in-home caregiver and household assistant to support our family’s daily routine. About Us Our household includes an 80-year-old father (originally from Sri Lanka) who is recovering from a recent surgery. He does not require any medical care, but we would like someone available during the day to help with household tasks and offer support as needed. We also have two young boys, ages 8 and 5, who are full of energy and joy. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable helping with adult companionship as well as engaging with young children.
Responsibilities Include:
Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, etc.) Cooking meals or assisting with meal prep (bonus if you’re familiar with or open to learning South Asian/Sri Lankan cuisine) General household organization and errands Companionship and light assistance for our father during the day Occasional child supervision (mostly after school or when needed)
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in both adult and child caregiving Patience, a nurturing attitude, and strong communication skills A proactive and flexible approach to household needs Trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility A valid driver’s license Eligibility to work in the U.S.
