Parents:

Dad is a practicing Physician working 7 days on and 7 days off, BUT is often called into his office unexpectedly. He knows his schedule 3-4 months in advance. Mom is in her residency also as a Physician. As with being a resident, her schedule is mostly days BUT every 5 weeks or so there may be an on-call weekend or night. So flexibility is super key.

ASAP, Zoom first and then, they will interview finalist candidates live and/or have them to do a 3 day working interview.

Compensation:

Excellent gross hourly rate starting at $35 an hour based on the candidate’s childcare experience, education & proficiency around in household work environments. This starting range annualizes to $72,800. Will see top-flight candidates at a higher rate, if all credentials are met or exceeded.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7+ years of Professional Nanny experience in private homes with an infant and also multiple children. They need a drama-free, little to no attachments, consummate, healthy and fit professional.

Candidate Eligibility:

The candidate must be a US Citizen or be eligible to work in the US; have at least three excellent professional references; have three character references; and have a clear background and driving record. The client will also call references based on their own needs.

Note:

This family is very nice, kind and not demanding but they do like things a certain way, like schedules, etc. This person would be a partner with the mom and dad. They do seek a Career Nanny that can hold their own when they are alone with the children.
