Administer first aid when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of the children. Requirements Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Familiarity with daycare settings or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities. Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable.
