Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a developmentally appropriate, fun, and structured daily routine School drop-offs/pick-ups, activity coordination, and occasional appointments Prepare healthy meals/snacks for the children Support developmental goals, including social-emotional growth and motor skills Maintain organization of children’s spaces, clothes, and schedules Engage in outdoor play, reading, arts/crafts, and educational activities Travel support as needed (passport-ready, confident traveler) Partner with parents on behavioral strategies and long-term development
