Details :

Fayetteville family with 5.5 yo girl and 27 mo boy searching for full time support with household management and childcare. Pet free home. The mother is a traveling physician, so local and out of state care will be needed. Travel schedule will be communicated well in advance and travel and lodging will be covered. Caregiver must be willing and available to travel. Schedule flexibility is required as mother’s schedule will periodically change. Local hours required and guaranteed for household management: Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm Local hours for childcare as needed: variable days to possibly include weekends 5:30a

• 8:30p (caregiver must be willing to spend the night on these days to ensure timeliness and readiness for the following work day.) Travel Hours required: Variable Days 6:30a to 8:30p Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Household Management Duties
• Laundry
• Dishes
• Changing bed linens weekly
• Trash
• Bathroom stocking
• Running errands
• Completing organization projects Local Childcare Duties
• General care and supervision of the children including following the daily routine and providing breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Provide transportation for school dropoff and pickup of the 5.5 yo girl
• Homework help

Travel Childcare Duties:

• General care and supervision of the children
• Teaching and playing with the children No household management is expected while caregiving.

Travel Hours Explained:

Mom travels 8-16 days/mo for work. Flights provided. 2 bed lodging is shared.

Pay:

$800/week salary guaranteed for weeks when only local household management is needed ($500/week during 2 month probationary period). Local childcare hourly rate is $23/hr and travel hourly rate is $25/hr. Hours will vary up to 80 hours/week.
