Child Development Associate Certification Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to join our team as a director for our childcare facility! This role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading our team of childcare teachers, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and building relationships with both children and parents.
Duties:
Manage day-to-day operations. Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines. Provide leadership and guidance to staff while maintaining a positive work environment. Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s daily activities. Provide attentive care and supervision to children in the daycare facility Implement behavior management techniques when necessary to ensure a positive and safe environment for all children
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years experience as a childcare director in a licensed facility Associate/Bachelor’s degree is required Experience in early childhood education Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and classroom management techniques Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus Strong organizational skills Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children by providing quality care and educational experiences in our daycare facility!
