Serenbe family is looking for a long-term part-time nanny Nainoa Nannies Palmetto, GA 30268 Open and caring down to earth family in Serenbe is looking for a long term part-time nanny for their three children ages five, two and eight months old. The position would start by August 15 and the hours would be from 12 PM to 6 PM Monday through Friday with a guarantee of 30 hours per week. They do have summer coverage however if the nanny were able to work this summer from 8 AM until 2 PM the nanny could start immediately. The hours of 12 PM to 3 PM would be kid free enabling you to do all the childcare related duties. Things such as, children’s laundry, organizing, meal prep for the children’s snacks, organizing activities for after they are picked up from school etc. The kids get home from school at 3 PM and taking care of the children becomes a priority. Mom works from home and is looking for someone with an understanding that while she is in the home she is working so the nanny has autonomy. She’s looking for someone that she can partner with. For example, her ideal would be for her to work up until it’s time for her to take the older children to their afterschool activities and the nanny can have everything she will need ready to go and stay with their younger child while she’s gone. The ideal candidate would be someone with flexibility to perhaps shift their hours to stay later and cover date nights with notice so the children would have consistency. The children go to a Montessori preschool so a nanny that has that experience or approach would be preferable. They want someone that can become an extended member of the family. They also have a border collie that there are no responsibilities for but would want the nanny to like animals. Pay is $30 per hour paid via payroll with two weeks paid vacation, five paid sick days as well as paid federal holidays. They have a nanny car that you can use during work hours and are looking for someone that lives in the area or no more than 30 minutes away.
