About Us:
KidzWise Academy is a warm, inclusive daycare and early learning center licensed to serve children from ages 1-17 , with a focused program for ages 2-5 . Our vision is to create an environment where every child — including those with developmental or behavioral challenges — can grow, thrive, and be celebrated. We are seeking a licensed BCBA or ABA clinic interested in building a long-term partnership , not just a contract. Together, we aim to offer integrated ABA support within a nurturing daycare environment , helping families access both care and therapeutic services in one trusted space.

A welcoming, collaborative environment to support children with mild to moderate behavioral or developmental needs An on-site location within our center for you to serve families you support A chance to integrate ABA goals into natural routines and play-based learning Flexibility to work with your own RBT(s), or supervise our trained classroom team Full respect for your clinical expertise and autonomy — we’re here to partner , not micromanage Administrative and family support to help you grow with us A unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early childhood care and education What You’ll Do (in partnership with us): Provide on-site ABA therapy and behavioral support to children during their daycare schedule Collaborate with our teachers to weave behavior goals into the daily classroom flow Supervise your own RBTs and/or support training of our teachers to extend ABA practices naturally Communicate with families to build trust, transparency, and consistent progress Maintain necessary documentation and compliance under Georgia and BACB standards
Who We’re Looking For:
A Georgia-licensed BCBA or small ABA clinic Someone passionate about early intervention and naturalistic ABA A collaborator who enjoys working alongside caring teachers and engaged families Open to growing a caseload gradually — we’re selecting one dedicated partner to start Able to bill insurance or families independently, or interested in setting that up Ready to Connect? $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

8 hour shift After school Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends
