This individual will be responsible for managing staff, supporting families and nannies, ensuring smooth agency operations, and playing a key role in nanny recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about high-quality childcare services. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to families and nannies Maintain scheduling systems and other administrative tasks Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard new nannies Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruiting cycle Innovate and execute marketing approaches to increase the nanny talent pool Manage and support current nanny staff Support and address family client’s needs Track performance metrics and contribute to business development goals Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as a Manager or similar position. Strong background in sales, project management, and business development. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Competitive, self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven. Positive individual who is adaptable and enjoys fast-paced environments. Recruitment and interviewing experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in education, HR, business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
