We’re Hiring:

Licensed Daycare Attendants (2 Shifts Available) Just As We Grow Daycare – Locust Grove, GA Affordable Overnight Care & Earth-Friendly Curriculum We’re seeking two dependable, licensed Daycare Attendants to join our home-based daycare team in Locust Grove, GA. Each attendant will cover one dedicated shift only . Our program blends nature-based learning with nurturing, small-group care in a peaceful home environment. Available Shifts (One Position Per Shift):

Early Shift:

5:00 AM – 12:00 PM Includes 1 hour of gardening support with the owner , helping with garden prep and outdoor setup for daycare courses and nature-based learning activities offered throughout the week

Late Shift:

3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Includes 1 hour of cooking and cleaning with the owner , supporting meal prep and maintaining daycare areas

Compensation:

$16.00/hour (fixed rate)

Job Overview:

Care for up to 3 children at a time (ages 0-5) Support daily routines including playtime, naps, meals, and emotional care Assist with garden course activities (as needed) and primarily oversee care of children throughout your shift.

Requirements:

Active childcare license (required – no exceptions) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Experience caring for toddlers or preschoolers Comfortable working independently in a home setting Background check and references required
