Responsibilities Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and structured care to both children, fostering their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s developmental needs, incorporating sensory-friendly activities for the 7-year-old. Establish and maintain consistent daily routines that encourage learning, creativity, and structure. Assist in household management, supporting the parent in maintaining a smooth and efficient daily routine. Exhibit proactivity and autonomy, confidently handling responsibilities without the need for constant direction. Maintain flexibility in a full-time role, adapting to the family’s needs and schedule. Accommodate domestic and international travel, ensuring the children’s care, routines, and comfort remain uninterrupted. Adapt seamlessly to changing schedules, providing support as needed, including evenings and weekends. Ensure vigilant supervision and nurturing care, prioritizing the children’s safety and well-being at all times. Offer overnight care when required, particularly when parents are traveling or need additional support. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a nanny in a private household. CPR & First Aid certified. Pre-employment drug screening may be required. Extensive knowledge of child development, with a proven ability to create nurturing, stimulating, and age-appropriate environments tailored to each child’s unique needs.
