PT Nanny/Family Assistant in Brookline, MA – $34-35/hr & benefits! The Washburn Agency Brookline, MA 02446 Warm and Proactive Nanny/Family Assistant Needed Part-Time in Brookline, MA! A thoughtful and down-to-earth family in Brookline is seeking a Warm and Proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for their two children children and provide reliable support to their household. The role includes planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, coordinating playdates, and transporting them to and from school and extracurriculars. Additional responsibilities include preparing lunches, handling the children’s laundry, tidying the kitchen, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and running occasional errands. The family is looking for someone who brings a calm, fun, and creative energy to their day-to-day routine. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs without needing direction. A self-starter who is safety-conscious, dependable, and open to feedback will thrive in this role. Monday – Thursday, 12-6pm

Compensation:

$34-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and paid sick days.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience, including recent experience with preschool and school-aged children. A clean criminal record and a safe driving history are required. Reliability is essential, along with being fully vaccinated (including

COVID-19

) and receiving an annual flu shot.

Driving is required and Nanny must be willing to use own car to transport the children. Parking is available.
