The nanny would typically be needed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. The best nanny for this family would be reliable, trustworthy, patient, and kind, with strong communication skills and experience working with infants. The ideal candidate will help maintain the baby’s established daily routine, including her feeding and nap schedule, while engaging her in enriching, age-appropriate activities. These activities should include tummy time, reading, outdoor walks, and play gym time to support developmental milestones. As the child grows, the nanny will be encouraged to take her on outings within the community to promote learning and socialization. A strong emphasis is placed on limited screen time for both the child and the nanny, instead focusing on meaningful interactions that support the baby’s early development. The child has mild torticollis and is undergoing physical therapy; the nanny will support her therapy plan by encouraging symmetrical movement and helping her strengthen her neck muscles.
