Job Description:

We are currently seeking flexible, reliable babysitters to work through our Coastal Child Care app. This position offers a unique opportunity to set your own schedule while providing excellent care to children. Babysitters will be expected to have at least 3 years of childcare experience, with more experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, attentive, and caring supervision for children in family homes Ensure a fun and engaging environment for children Follow any specific instructions or routines as provided by parents Maintain open and professional communication with families

Compensation:

$20 per hour Flexible schedule – work when it fits your availability! Opportunity to build your own schedule based on the needs of the families

Requirements:

At least 3 years of childcare experience (more experience preferred) CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to become certified (must maintain certification) Must be at least 18 years old Must have at least 2 days of availability per week Must pass a background check and random drug testing (background check cost will be reimbursed after 10 sits) Must use our website to apply using our official form Energetic, creative, and engaging with children Loving, patient, and kind with a focus on gentle parenting.
