Summer Schedule (Starting Now): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00/6:00 PM Fall Schedule (Starting in August): Monday-Friday, 7:00-9:00 AM and 2:30-7:00/7:30
PM Children:
One 5-year-old boy One cat in the home
Position Overview:
A Greensboro family is seeking a full-time nanny for their energetic and intelligent 5-year-old son. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, a calm and patient demeanor, and a proactive approach to supporting the family.
Responsibilities Include:
Engaging in age-appropriate play and learning activities Driving to and from activities Assisting with meals, snacks, and light meal prep Helping with homework and supporting learning Taking the child to the park and pool Performing light housekeeping such as tidying up after the day, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and occasional laundry Supporting the household as needed
Additional Information:
The mother is currently dealing with health issues and will be present in the home during the day. The nanny should be comfortable with this dynamic and work collaboratively with her. The family practices a gentle, Montessori-influenced approach to parenting and values emotional and social development. They are looking for someone who is reliable, nurturing, and upbeat—someone who can be a joyful and consistent presence in their son’s daily life.
