Key Responsibilities Safety First:
Make sure children are safe, happy, and cared for
Create Fun:
Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that keep kids engaged
Daily Care:
Help with meals, diaper changes, naps, and routines
Parent Updates:
Keep families in the loop about their child’s day
Stay Organized:
Tidy up play spaces and help keep things running smoothly What You’ll Need At least 1 year of babysitting, nannying, or daycare experience (with 2 childcare references) A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before starting) Good communication skills, especially when texting with parents A minimum commitment of 3 months Why You’ll Love Working with TLC ✅
