Role Position:

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time based on your availability and family needs

Location:

Families are matched based on proximity within Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, and surrounding areas

Start Date:

Flexible — families are actively interviewing now

What You’ll Do:

Care for children from two families at the same time (typically 2-3 children total) Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (reading, outdoor play, arts & crafts, etc.) Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Facilitate meals, naps, and daily routines Communicate openly with both families using shared tools and systems (Joy Nanny supports this!) Additional duties negotiated with each family

Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional nanny experience (nannyshares, daycare, preschool, or in-home) Confident managing multiple children across ages Organized, dependable, and a great communicator CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to update) Comfortable navigating family dynamics and co-parenting structures Able to commit to a long-term, stable role Passionate about early childhood development What Makes Joy Nanny Different?
